When 4 friends burn down their High School Prom because they light a joint backstage, they think their lives are finished. Four years later they have the brilliant idea that they should do business together and open a Marijuana Dispensary/Video Arcade in East Los Angeles.

However, due to their complicated lifestyles and a series of misunderstandings, they continue to find themselves in the most unusual circumstances on the road to achieve their dreams.
